Outdoor Express takes you from the center of Tampere and Jyväskylä by bus directly to nature and back
Outdoor Express service is intended for both locals and tourists. The goal is to provide an easy opportunity for hiking for everyone.
The Outdoor Express, which operates on weekends during the summer season, travels from the centre of Tampere to the Seitseminen, Helvetinjärvi and Isojärvi national parks. From the centre of Jyväskylä, you can quickly reach the Pyhä-Häkki, Etelä-Konnevesi and Leivonmäki national parks. Once there, you have a few hours to hike and enjoy nature. You can explore on your own on foot or take advantage of the national parks’ diverse guide and experience services. After your brisk walk, you can enjoy the products from the parks’ café and restaurant services. If you wish, you can also pack a tent or book accommodation near your destination and return by bus the next day.
