- The Outdoor Express bus departs from in front of Tampere Railway Station. Each route has one intermediate stop: when the destination is Seitseminen, the stop is in Ylöjärvi (Ylöjärvi C), and when the destination is Helvetinjärvi or Isojärvi, the stop is in Linnainmaa (Linnainmaa C).

- Tickets can be purchased in advance via the Matkahuolto online store or mobile app. Tickets must be purchased at least 20 minutes before the departure time.

- Children under 4 years: Free
- Bicycle transport: €3
Can I bring a bicycle with me?
- Yes, bicycle transport costs €3.

What should I do if I miss the bus?
- Unfortunately, the bus cannot wait for late passengers. We recommend arriving at the departure point well in advance.
Does the bus have Wi-Fi or other amenities?
- The bus does not have Wi-Fi, but passengers can enjoy comfortable seats and beautiful scenery during the trip.
- Depending on the bus, 5-10 bicycles can be transported in the luggage compartment, depending on their size.
- 5-10 strollers can fit, depending on their size.
- All our large buses have a toilet and air conditioning.

Does Outdoor Express offer guided tours or activities?
- Outdoor Express does not currently offer guided tours, but the national parks provide a variety of self-guided routes and activities. On Metsähallitus’ Luontoon.fi website, you can find comprehensive information about services offered by partner companies in the national parks, such as guided tours, rental equipment, and accommodation options.

- National parks offer various services such as cafes and restaurants, equipment rentals, toilets, and marked trails.
Can I change my booking?
- Changes and cancellations must be made in accordance with Matkahuolto’s terms and conditions. Detailed information can be found on the Matkahuolto website.
Is the Outdoor Express service available year-round?
- Outdoor Express operates on weekends during the summer season, from the beginning of June to the end of September.
- Departures from Jyväskylä will operate from July 4 to September 27, 2026.
